CBHNP provides an extremely competitive and comprehensive benefits program that is a valuable part of our employee’s total compensation package. Under CBHNP’s benefits program, there are no employee bi-weekly contributions towards your benefits. CBHNP pays 100% of your Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD, STD and Life Insurance premiums (including dependents).
 
 
FULL-TIME CBHNP Employee Benefit Package
  • Medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage (for employees, spouses and eligible dependent children)
  • Domestic partner coverage is also available (Same or Opposite Sex)
  • Life Insurance (1.5X base salary)
  • Accidental Death &Dismemberment Insurance (1.5X base salary)
  • Short Term/Long Term Disability (60% of your base pay)
  • 401k Savings Plan with company match (immediate enrollment next available quarter; immediately vested;100% match on first 5% after1 year of service )
  • Generous Paid Time Off (18 -24 PTO days depending on position)
