Chief Development Officer

With over 23 years of sales and marketing experience in the public and private sectors, Mr. Fox, Chief Development Officer, leads the business development efforts of CBHNP.

Mr. Fox owns and operates a health care and human services consulting practice, Mark Fox & Associates, LLC, and has had been an independent consultant since 1995. He works with public and private sector clients in program and product development efforts, governance and business models, managing program risk while maximizing services, medical and chronic condition management, human services coordination, organizational change and restructuring initiatives.

Before starting his business, he served in senior management roles within leading behavioral health organizations in California and Washington DC. With Value Behavioral Health, American PsychManagement, Occupational Health Services, and U.S. Behavioral Health, in addition to his consulting practices, Mark fox has a compelling track record in direct sales, proposals and grants, and sales management resulting in more than $1B in revenue. In addition to sales and marketing experience, he has extensive experience in business model design, department development, and business plan creation and implementation. Both managing procurements as well as bidding on them have enhanced his expertise.

Mr. Fox received his bachelor’s degree with high honors from A.B. Kenyon College in 1976 and was appointed a Danforth Fellowship. He has organized, conducted and presented numerous seminars, sales presentations, trainings, retreats and workshops for clients and employers.
