This area of our website is designed to assist HealthChoices Providers that offer services to Members residing in (Bedford, Blair, Clinton, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lycoming, Perry, and Somerset Counties) to deliver the best care to our Members by offering the tools and information that is needed.

Provider Portal
The Provider Portal is for providers to access the latest:

• Events and meetings – save to your outlook calendar
• News and updates
• Forms - Now in PDF fill-in format!
• Polices and procedures – based on your services
• Frequently asked questions
• Contact information – specific for your region and services

eCura® ProviderConnect
ProviderConnect is a web based application which controls access to information based on user security classes and strict Member search criteria and a data exchange which is protected using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. It allows authorized providers in the CBHNP network to:

• Review the detail of approved authorizations
• Check status of all claims submitted for processing
• Review provider profile and site locations

ProviderConnect has e-business functionality which allows users to access real time information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week which provides efficiency in communication.
