Telephone System

CBHNP has a sophisticated, reliable automated telephone system that supports and tracks access and responsiveness.  All calls received by CBHNP go through an automated call distribution and reporting system that documents the total number of calls, the average number of rings to answer, call abandonment rate, and other factors.  
 
 
Information System
 
CBHNP has a secure computer network with remote connectivity, and state of the art integrated behavioral health MIS software that is customized to meet the most strenuous communication and reporting requirements. Our
eCura รค system combines eligibility and membership, client information, provider networking, and claims into a comprehensive application that assists in all aspect of managed care. All segments of the system are modules operating within a single application and the functionality of all modules is accessible online at all time. The core modules include:
  • Membership Module: Designed to capture key personal data for each Member including Member information required for specific contracts.
  • Clinical Module: Captures information on every clinical contact and treatment referral and tracks overall treatment progress by level of care, provider seen, and type of service delivered for each Member.
  • Relationship Manager Module: Captures information about each entity with which CBHNP have a contractual or professional relationship including providers (individuals, groups and facilities), contractors, licensing agencies, government agencies, and parent companies.
  • Claims Module: Designed to process claims manually or electronically, is HIPAA compliant, and can process claims by the batch or individually. Claims are organized by calendar day and service authorizations per day eliminating many of the causes of common duplication.


Document Handling, Storage, and Retrieval

CBHNP has adopted CabinetMG technology to efficiently scan, digitize, catalogue, and store documents electronically.
