Chief Financial Officer

Acting as CFO for CBHNP since 2001, Mr. Bickford is responsible for all financial activities. He also oversees network operations, claims processing, and information systems management. As CFO he provides internal and external financial reporting, rate development, cash flow projections, and actuarial analysis to senior management and CBHNP partners for assisting in operations, business development, and strategic decision making processes. Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Scott D. Daubert has been with CBHNP since 2003. He has held the position of Director of Quality Improvement and System Integration until 2006 when he was promoted to his current position as COO.
