HealthChoices Program:
HealthChoices Program is a Medicaid Managed Care program for individuals eligible for Medical Assistance in Pennsylvania and receives coverage under Gateway, AmeriHealth Mercy, Unison MedPlus, or ACCESS Plus Health Plans. CBHNP is the Behavioral Health Managed Care provider for this program in the indicated counties.

Gateway Health Plan Medicare AssuredSM Program:
Gateway Health Plan Medicare AssuredSM Program is a Medicare approved Special Needs Plan for people who are eligible for both Medicare and full Medicaid. CBHNP provides the behavioral health services for the Members.
