The Provider Profiling Reports are generated by varied data sources within CBHNP and are completed for five high-volume levels of care -- Residential Treatment Facilities (RTF), Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (BHRS), Mental Health Inpatient Service Providers, Specialized Evaluators and Non-Specialized Evaluators for the Capital and North Central Regions.
Profiling indicators vary among services, however, included utilization ratios, case mix severity index, service delivery percentages (for BHRS), Member satisfaction, treatment record reviews, administrative compliance, and provider performance indicators. It is important to note that all of the providers listed below are fully credentialed network providers in good standing with CBHNP, and the results of provider profiling are presented for informational purposes only for Members.
